Q: My
order has arrived in its ESKY what do I need to do? |
|
|
|
A: If it is the day of your
party you can leave it all in the esky until you are ready
to heat and serve, otherwise it is better to place it in the
fridge or preferable the freezer. IF you don’t have space,
make an ice pack and put it in the eski overnight. |
|
|
|
Q: I have
ordered my pack PRE TRAY, what do I do? |
|
|
|
A: You have made it easy for
yourself, simply heat the oven to 220 then when you are
ready to serve, pull out your ready packed trays. There will
be an ASIAN, BITES, PIZZAS, and PASTRIES: (pastries take the
longest so start with them). Once hot, layer it onto serving
platters and with the balance of stock re-load and re- cook.
Remember any food that comes back uneaten can be re-heated
and served again. Just keep rotating the food around in
platter sequence. |

Q: How
long does it take to heat the products? |
|
|
|
A: It all depends on your oven,
if it is fan – forced it will only take 8- 12 mins,
otherwise allow up to 15 mins for pasties to heat. TIP: if
you defrost it prior it will be super quick. |
|
|
|
Q: Can I
microwave some of the food? |
|
|
|
A: Dim-Sims are perfect for
micro; Cook on high for THREE minutes in a bowl with some
water, then toss and heat for another FOUR mins. All of our
products are oven cooked preferred. Or you can deep fry the
Asian. If you need it out fast you can micro first then
crisp them up in the oven. |

Q: I have
ordered ULTIMATE ASIAN, what do I do? |
|
|
|
A: The sushi pack is ready to
platter serve half when guests arrive, put the rest back in
the fridge and re-load when more guests arrive. The skewers
are ready to serve with the accompanying peanut sauce, they
take only 5 minutes in the oven OR you can serve them cold.

Q: Can I
use the ESKY to ice the drinks? |
|
|
|
A: YES! These are PERFECT,
simply line up all your bottles and pour over ice: you only
need to do this ONE HOUR before the guests arrive. |
|
|
|
Q: I have
ordered sweets pack? What do I do? |
|
|
|
A: These are great you can
layer them on platters and put them in fridge, or defrost on
hour before serving. The strudels need to be heated for 10
Minutes or you can defrost and serve cold. |
|

|
Q: I have
ordered the Extras Pack, which sauces go with which?
|
|
|
|
A: There is 6 sauces with the
pack, we mix tomato and BBQ together and serve it with
pastries, soya, sweet n sour and hot chili use on your Asian
range. Serve spicy mustard and satay with bites or pastries.
You choose to put the containers straight onto your
platters, or empty them. We have also provided you with them
napkins. |

Q: I have
ordered the choc mud cake, what do I do? |
|
|
|
A: Our classic birthday cakes
can stay out on display, until ready to serve but make sure
it is in a cool place. When cutting it use a hot knife and
cut finger slices serving on napkins. |
