DIY Orders
Q: My order has arrived in its ESKY what do I need to do?
A: If it is the day of your party you can leave it all in the esky until you are ready to heat and serve, otherwise it is better to place it in the fridge or preferable the freezer. IF you don’t have space, make an ice pack and put it in the eski overnight.
Q: I have ordered my pack PRE TRAY, what do I do?
A: You have made it easy for yourself, simply heat the oven to 220 then when you are ready to serve, pull out your ready packed trays. There will be an ASIAN, BITES, PIZZAS, and PASTRIES: (pastries take the longest so start with them). Once hot, layer it onto serving platters and with the balance of stock re-load and re- cook. Remember any food that comes back uneaten can be re-heated and served again. Just keep rotating the food around in platter sequence.
Q: How long does it take to heat the products?
A: It all depends on your oven, if it is fan – forced it will only take 8- 12 mins, otherwise allow up to 15 mins for pasties to heat. TIP: if you defrost it prior it will be super quick.
Q: Can I microwave some of the food?
A: Dim-Sims are perfect for micro; Cook on high for THREE minutes in a bowl with some water, then toss and heat for another FOUR mins. All of our products are oven cooked preferred. Or you can deep fry the Asian. If you need it out fast you can micro first then crisp them up in the oven.
Q: I have ordered ULTIMATE ASIAN, what do I do?
A: The sushi pack is ready to platter serve half when guests arrive, put the rest back in the fridge and re-load when more guests arrive. The skewers are ready to serve with the accompanying peanut sauce, they take only 5 minutes in the oven OR you can serve them cold.
Q: Can I use the ESKY to ice the drinks?
A: YES! These are PERFECT, simply line up all your bottles and pour over ice: you only need to do this ONE HOUR before the guests arrive.
Q: I have ordered sweets pack? What do I do?
A: These are great you can layer them on platters and put them in fridge, or defrost on hour before serving. The strudels need to be heated for 10 Minutes or you can defrost and serve cold.
Q: I have ordered the Extras Pack, which sauces go with which?
A: There is 6 sauces with the pack, we mix tomato and BBQ together and serve it with pastries, soya, sweet n sour and hot chili use on your Asian range. Serve spicy mustard and satay with bites or pastries. You choose to put the containers straight onto your platters, or empty them. We have also provided you with them napkins.
Q: I have ordered the choc mud cake, what do I do?
A: Our classic birthday cakes can stay out on display, until ready to serve but make sure it is in a cool place. When cutting it use a hot knife and cut finger slices serving on napkins.
