Staff Service

Our professional uniformed Staff member(s) will arrive at your door with your full food order delivered, including the dipping sauces and napkins, at the time specified for a THREE HOUR PERIOD *

They come armed with a FULL KIT: all the heating trays, serving platters, drink tray, even a garbage bag and tea towels.

ALL you need to do is ensure YOUR oven is on 220c BEFORE the staff arrives. Then all you have to do is PARTY. They will heat and serve all your food, clean up and go.

NOTICE REQUIRED: As soon as you know you are booking a menu with 'STAFF SERVICE' let us know. You can decide on your menu selection at a later date however it is imperative you book your Staff Service...... We recommend you book your stall as far as possible in advance as our services for Saturday nights do book out.

N.B: We cannot guarantee "last minute parties" with staff members.

* Please Note: 12% surcharge applies to Sunday Catering and Public Holidays. We will notify you of this difference when you book.

We can book you with a professional who can mix any cocktails you desire.

It is essential that you book in advance parties with staff for Saturday Nights, we cannot guarantee staff availability for last minute parties booked with "The Lot".
